Hi! I’m Eden. I’m a mom of three who works alongside my husband navigating the hustle and joy of parenthood while managing a boutique-style gym in our small town. I discovered the fundamental truth that a healthy life finds its roots in the kitchen. My passion is to share our cooking philosophy, a simple yet powerful approach—keep it simple and just eat real food. This mantra comes to life in every recipe I share, emphasizing the beauty of uncomplicated, wholesome meals centered primarily around plants and animals. I aim to simplify the cooking experience by providing nourishing food that doesn't demand a week to plan, prepare, and clean up.
