Pumpkin Spice Cold Foam or Creamer
Welcoming fall with every sip. Pumpkin spice coffee season is officially here in my house!
For cold foam:
1 cup heavy whipping cream or coconut cream solids
For creamer:
1 cup milk of choice
3 tablespoons pumpkin puree
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
2 tablespoons maple syrup (adjust to preference)
Add all ingredients to a narrow cup and blend with a hand held frother or stand mixer until foamy. If making the cold foam, mix until stiff peaks form when taking the attachment out.
Add to desired coffee or espresso drink.
Notes: Our preferred milk option is raw dairy half and half to make creamer. You can sub maple syrup for our honey simple syrup recipe. You could steam the cold foam or use the creamer in a warm coffee drink. Our favorite cups linked here!
