Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Smoothie
This creamy strawberry cheesecake smoothie is the perfect dessert, breakfast, or afternoon snack, packed with protein to keep you fueled!
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup milk of choice
1/2 cup (heaping) frozen strawberries
1 frozen banana
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
Optional toppings: Simple Mills Sweet Thins, fresh strawberries
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses with optional toppings and serve immediately.
Notes: Our preferred cottage cheese is full fat Good Culture. We pour any leftover smoothie into popsicle molds for later. You could sub strawberries for raspberries. Adjust milk for a different consistency and sweetener as desired. Our favorite glass cups linked here!
